For the third straight year the Greenfield boys are cross country champions of the Mission Trail Athletic League. The Bruins had five runners earn All-MTAL medals after out running the rest of the field. Greenfield finished first, followed by Pacific Grove and King City.

Cardinals beat Aztecs 6-3

Facing elimination in the Central Coast Section Division II playoffs forced the Soledad High Aztec soccer team to take some risks against the Mt. Pleasant Cardinals. Unfortunately for Soledad, the Cardinals had enough firepower to roar back and handle the Aztecs 6-3 and advance to the finals.

Aztecs edged out by Gilroy

A fumble in the last five minutes of the game prevented the Soledad Aztec football team from coming home with a victory over the host Gilroy High Mustangs.
