SALINAS VALLEY — A 20-year-old Soledad man died last Friday after his vehicle overturned on Los Coches Road near Greenfield while attempting to evade police during a pursuit.

$10K reward offered in Greenfield murder case
A $10,000 reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of those responsible for last year’s slaying of a local teenager who was found dead from a gunshot wound on the sidewalk near Oak Avenue Elementary School in Greenfield.
Repeat DUI offender sentenced to 7 years in prison
Francisco Napoles Medina, 54, of Watsonville, was sentenced to seven years and six months to be served in the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, his fifth prison commitment for driving under the influence.
