Prison riot reported at Correctional Training Facility in Soledad
Eight inmates were hospitalized and more than 50 were injured Wednesday morning following a riot that broke out at the Correctional Training Facility (CTF), state prison officials said.

Repeat DUI offender sentenced to 7 years in prison
Francisco Napoles Medina, 54, of Watsonville, was sentenced to seven years and six months to be served in the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, his fifth prison commitment for driving under the influence.
