$10K reward offered in Greenfield murder case
A $10,000 reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of those responsible for last year’s slaying of a local teenager who was found dead from a gunshot wound on the sidewalk near Oak Avenue Elementary School in Greenfield.
Soledad man sentenced to prison for false imprisonment
A Monterey Superior Court Judge last week sentenced Luis Plaza, 27, of Soledad, to 16 months in state prison for false imprisonment.
Repeat DUI offender found guilty
On April 11, Francisco Napoles Medina, 54, of Watsonville, was found guilty by a jury of felony driving under the influence of alcohol with three prior DUI convictions, two of which were felonies.
